Mr. Eddie Davis joined TAMARACK Technologies, Inc. in March 2016. He arrived with 28 years of honorable service in the U.S. Navy. His military career included 12 years of Enlisted Service, followed by 16 years of Commissioned service.


As an Enlisted Master-At-Arms he performed Law Enforcement, Physical Security, Investigations and Training roles at NAF Misawa Japan, NAVCOMTELSTA Dededo Guam, NAVCOMTELSTA Wahiawa Hawaii, USS Tripoli (LPH 10) San Diego CA and the USS Fort McHenry Sasebo Japan. While serving as the Chief Master-At-Arms onboard the USS Fort McHenry (LSD-43) he was selected for commission as a Limited Duty Officer (LDO) Ensign and completed the Navy’s Officer Indoctrination Course.


As a Commissioned Officer, he reported to NSA Naples, Italy as the Assistant Security Director responsible for the Security Operations and Force Protection efforts at a major overseas installation. After a successful tour in Naples, Italy he reported onboard the Aircraft Carrier

USS Constellation (CV-63) in San Diego, CA as the Security Officer and deployed twice to the middle east. Additionally, he served as the AT/FP Training Division Officer at Afloat Training Group San Diego responsible for training Third and Seventh fleet ship personnel in AT/FP and

Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS) prior to deployment. His next tour took him to Commander Navy Region Southeast, Jacksonville, FL as the Region AT Officer and then onto NSB Kings bay, GA; one of only two Nuclear Submarine bases in the US, as the Security Director.


After that tour he served onboard the only forward-deployed nuclear Aircraft Carrier the USS George Washington (CVN-73) based in Yokosuka, Japan as a Department Head. Mr. Davis reported to NAS Jacksonville, as the Security Director and there he retired at the rank of LCDR.


During his career he also served as an Individual Augmentee at Joint Detention Operations Group Guantanamo Bay Cuba as a Company Commander and Detention Operations Officer. He also augmented the NATO International Security Assistance Force in Kandahar, Afghanistan assigned to the British Element as the Base Security Officer. For his superior service, he was awarded the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy Commendation Medal (4 Gold Stars), Navy Achievement Medal (4 Gold Stars) and various other campaign and service decorations and awards.


Mr. Davis earned his Master of Science Degree and is certified with the American Society for. Industrial Security, as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
